Double-Handed Sailboat Race Depending on wind conditions, the race is scheduled to arrive in Port from Muskegon, MI and Waukegan, IL on June 17th. A double-handed race allows for only two people to be onboard. No motors allowed. The distance from Muskegon to Port Washington and the distance from Waukegan to Port Washington is the same.
